# Privacy Policy

What data HQ99 collects, why, and how it is handled.

*Last updated: October 28, 2026*

By creating an account on [auth.hungquan99.lol](https://auth.hungquan99.lol/), running a script protected by HQ99, or calling the HQ99 API, you agree to this policy.

## Data we collect

We may log the following when you use HQ99:

| Data                        | Details                                                                   |
| --------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| IP address and timestamps | Recorded when you use the dashboard, the API or a protected script. |
| HWID (executor fingerprint) | Used for HWID-locked keys and blacklists. |
| Discord ID | The Discord IDs linked to your account or keys. |
| Information you enter | Anything you type into the site, such as webhook URLs or script settings. |

We use this data to run the service, enforce HWID locks and blacklists, and prevent abuse.

## Your scripts

Source code you upload is processed at build time and stored on HQ99 servers in a protected form, so it can be delivered to your users. It is removed when you delete it.

If you use `HQ99_SECURE_REQUEST`, the real URL and method are stored on the HQ99 server, and the request's headers and body pass through the HQ99 proxy.

## Third parties

HQ99 uses the [Centurion](https://centurion.best/) obfuscator to protect scripts. Centurion's own terms of service and privacy policy also apply to you.

## Contact

For questions about your data, contact the HQ99 team through the official HQ99 Discord server.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.hungquan99.lol/general/privacy-policy.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
