# Terms of Service

The rules for using HQ99 and the scripts it protects.

*Last updated: October 28, 2026*

By using HQ99, or any script protected by it, you agree to the rules below.

## Client and protected scripts

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Don't:**

* reverse-engineer HQ99, its loader or its obfuscation.
* tamper with, or run security tests against, the client or any protected script.
* bypass or spoof HWID locks, key checks or the kill switch.
  {% endhint %}

If you break these rules, or for any other reason we consider necessary, we may blacklist your IP address and HWID across **all projects** that use HQ99, at any time and without notice.

## API and dashboard

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Don't:**

* flood the API or the dashboard.
* run security scans or send malicious packets.
* share your account or API credentials.
* create new accounts, or use proxies, VPNs or spoofing, to get around a ban.
  {% endhint %}

## Account termination

If you break these rules, or for any other reason, we may blacklist your IP address and terminate your account at our discretion and without notice. **Terminated accounts are not refunded.**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.hungquan99.lol/general/terms-of-service.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
